How to run it

  1. Randomly distribute one soft tossable item for every five or six people in your group.
  2. When ready, instruct group members to start passing the items in any direction at any time.
  3. Explain that an acceptable pass will require the item to be gently placed or dropped into the lap of one’s neighbour.
  4. Challenge your group to pass the items as quickly as possible to avoid being caught with two or more items at any point in time.
  5. When a person ends up holding two or more items, they are obligated to make a designated sound, eg “ARGHHH” or “EEEEK” before passing the items back into play.
  6. Continue play for several minutes and/or try a variation.
  7. Quick Pass Circle passing game to build quick reflexes & teamwork.
  8. Quick Pass is both a fun circle passing game and community-building activity that will trigger bursts of laughter and connection through shared challenges and playful sound effects.
