This site is provided by United We Transform, operated by Collaboration.Ai. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
United We Transform is a free, public gathering-intelligence atlas and a set of free browser-based tools, provided for informational purposes. The tools, including the Agenda Grader, TeamCreator, the Icebreaker Finder, and Ask-the-atlas, run entirely in your browser. Content you enter into them is not uploaded to or stored on our servers. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
No professional advice and accuracy disclaimer
The Gathering Effectiveness Score, the benchmarks, the exercise provenance, and all tool outputs are informational. They are derived from public data and deterministic methods and are provided on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or any particular outcome. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, human resources, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any decisions you make based on the site are your own responsibility.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- run abusive automated scraping or requests that place an undue burden on the service;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the security of the site or its infrastructure;
- interfere with other people's use of the site.
Access through our API and MCP interface, and use of our published open-source engine, are governed by their own stated licenses and terms, which apply in addition to these terms.
Intellectual property
The site content, design, and the United We Transform and Collaboration.Ai brands are owned by Collaboration.Ai and its licensors. The TeamCreator method is patented under US Patent 10,007,721 and US Patent 11,487,802, and its published engine is offered under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Third-party material and exercise content remain the property of their respective owners and are presented with provenance. You keep any content you paste into the tools, which, again, is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to us.

The site links to and references third-party sites and materials. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any result or output will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, United We Transform, Collaboration.Ai, and their affiliates and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United We Transform, Collaboration.Ai, and their affiliates and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. The current version is effective as of July 17, 2026. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, the courts located in the State of Delaware will have jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there to the extent permitted by law.
