  1. Ask your group to form a circle, including yourself.
  2. Clap your hands together as they move in the direction of your right-hand neighbour.
  3. This person will immediately repeat this clapping motion towards their right-hand neighbour.
  4. Encourage an impulse of claps to continue around the circle as fast as possible.
  5. Repeat this motion around the circle several times to achieve a nice flow.
  6. Reverse the direction and/or try a variation.
