How to run it

  1. In People Science Teams, have participants take turns answering the question, "What's in your business
  2. Have a recorder write up what each person has available to them on a flipchart to share
  3. Use the "and then" technique where as each person shares, another person can say "and then" and
  4. augment a skill of their own that could compliment or add another aspect of delivery with the combined skills to create a collective "business toolkit" for the team Either share with the group or post the flipcharts around the room for everyone to peruse at their leisure
