How to run it

  1. Prepare a flip-chart with 'Desired End State' and illustrations.
  2. Create a four-quadrant chart on separate flip-chart sheets labeled as Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
  3. Have participants write down ideas for each category on sticky notes, taking 5-10 minutes per section.
  4. Cluster similar ideas together within each category and discuss them.
  5. Facilitate a group discussion to categorize the clusters and vote on their relevance.
