  1. This team-building activity helps participants work together in a fun and challenging way. They will need to rely on communication and collaboration to form a perfect square using a rope while blindfolded.
  2. Prepare a length of rope (around 20 meters) tied into a circle and have blindfolds ready for each participant.
  3. Explain the rules: the goal is to form a square with the rope while blindfolded.
  4. Allow 15 minutes for planning where participants cannot touch the rope.
  5. After the planning time, blindfold all participants and distribute the rope.
  6. Set a timer for 10 minutes for the team to form the square without visual cues.
