How to run it

  1. 5-Minute Team-Building Activities Even the simplest 5-minute team-building activities can help people connect; they infuse fun & creativity while improving teamwork, trust & efficiency.
  2. In some cases, it may not be possible to dedicate a whole day for team-building activities.
  3. But even just allotting five minutes to have a group work together and solve problems can make a big difference.
  4. 5-minute team-building activities, even with their short time window, have fantastic effects when it comes to overall productivity and team cohesiveness.
  5. Quick but engaging team-building exercises are a sure way to help groups improve their communication and problem-solving skills in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
  6. Give team members a sheet of paper with writing on it. You could give them all the same piece or all different.
