How to run it

  1. Assemble your group within hearing range of one another.
  2. Your group aims to count from one to twenty, with three conditions:
  3. - Each person is entitled to only call one number at a time;
  4. - Any time two or more people call out a number at the same time, the count returns to zero; and
  5. - No pattern, sequence or directions may be given to indicate whose turn is next.
  6. Start by calling “ONE” yourself, then inviting your group to respond.
  7. Allow many attempts over the course of 1 to 2 minutes, or until interest begins to wane.
