  2. Have participants ask each other Did being fully yourself change anything about your work?
  3. Tell me about it Can you think back and try to remember what conditions were in place that helped you to be fully
  4. These paired interviews bring up hundreds of meaningful stories that in many cases people have not shared before
  5. Colleagues discover new facts of one another and start to see each other in a new light
  6. When people are finished interviewing in pairs, ask them to share the most insightful part of their interview publicly
