  2. Randomly distribute one or two letter cards to each person in your group.
  3. Invite each person to form pairs or small groups of 3 to 5 people.
  4. Using one of their alphabet cards, ask each person to share as many words as they can that start with this letter to reflect something about their experience.
  5. Allow 1 to 2 minutes for each person to share.
  6. Repeat with one or more, perhaps more challenging topics.
