How to run it

  1. For participants to experience working in a team and to analyse the performance of their team and/or
  2. To help re energise participants during a training event and/or by varying the scavenger trail list
  3. To help participants learn about your organisation during an induction session
  4. Enough copies of the scavenger trail sheet for each team to have one.
  5. Small prizes, such as sweets to be shared by the winning team.
  6. Split participants into at least two teams - maximum of 4 per team.
  7. Give each group one copy of the Scavenger Trail list available for free from the download link at the bottom of this page. Feel free to edit the list to reflect items appropriate to your business.
  8. Explain that they have 15 minutes to collect as many of the items listed on the sheet as possible, and bring them back to the room.
