  1. Ask the group if they know what a 'power pose" is?
  2. Give the description about how it can boost testosterone, test performance, engagement etc
  3. Research shows that powerful and effective leaders have high testosterone and low cortisol
  4. "High-power poses c when you stand tall and strike a powerful, expansive stance c can increase your testosterone and lower your cortisol after just a couple of minutes
  5. Ask everyone to strike a power pose for at least 30 seconds!
