- One Thing Timing 5 - 15 minutes, Multiple hours/days Purpose/Objectives - Quick Description Using new technologies, learn one unique item about each person on your team and create a team database for these new learnings. Works particularly well for small teams. if this is too much, don't use technology and learn one thing about 2-5 people Process At the beginning of the gathering present "The one thing I didn't know about you before this gathering" simply on a flip-chart with a QR code and explain the rules "During the event find out one thing about every team member that you didn't know before the event. Remember it and post it via the relevant technology that is linked to the QR code." or the non-technology notebook or post-it options Display/print the results for all players at the end of the gathering. - Where we observed it: The strongest current observations come from Relationship Makers Handbook; aggregators are listed as additional observations, not origin proof. (1 source observed, including Relationship Makers Handbook.)
- What that means: we track where an exercise has been observed in public sources. We do not claim to know who created it, or how popular it is.
- No efficacy claims: appearing in this library is not a claim that the exercise is proven effective. Facilitator judgment and context decide whether it works for a given room.
