How to run it
- Share your superpowers!
- Give each person a sheet of paper and a pencil
- Draw a picture of themselves using their work "superpower"
- Have them introduce themselves to a colleague they don't know using their drawing
- Process Everyone has a work superpower it might be keeping a group focused, supporting team members, or working with complex spreadsheets.
- Logistics Paper and pen for each participant Cool Possibilities/Options Have them identify what superpower they WISH they had or had access to and make those.
- People Science Data Capture Photograph everyone's picture and record their micro-niche into the PS database.
- Provide a copy of this data to everyone in the room as a take-away.
