How to run it

  1. Explain how the board will be used to record and visualize daily achievements.
  2. Share examples of achievements to inspire participants, such as completing a task, solving a problem, or having a key idea.
  3. If it’s a large group, decide whether there will be a section for each team or participant, or one shared board.
  4. Set aside a specific time each day (e.g., at the end of the day) for participants to write or share their achievements.
  5. Encourage the use of positive and clear language to describe each achievement.
  6. Bring the group together to review the achievements recorded on the board.
