Business in the Style of…
Business in the Style of… is a team reflection exercise for reflection and learning: it helps participants reflect on experience and turn observations into learning.
How to run it
- Choose companies that are very, very loosely related to the content of your gathering.1
- Give each team a generic assignment to encourage them to read the articles - use the following as a
- platform model for their business to succeed
- Compare and contrast them with what you know or thought you NQHZ
- will have time later to discuss and apply what youcve learned
- As you read, highlight information that seems important to you, add to it, make references and pass it on to another team member
- Next encourage each team to discuss and apply what they have learned - again a sample assignment
- Reconvene as a full group to discuss what you learned in your reading
- Be sure to share your insights with your group members and capture your learnings on your white walls
- Consider the following from the perspective of the company you just read about!
