How to run it

  1. Choose companies that are very, very loosely related to the content of your gathering.1
  2. Give each team a generic assignment to encourage them to read the articles - use the following as a
  3. platform model for their business to succeed
  4. Compare and contrast them with what you know or thought you NQHZ
  5. will have time later to discuss and apply what youcve learned
  6. As you read, highlight information that seems important to you, add to it, make references and pass it on to another team member
  7. Next encourage each team to discuss and apply what they have learned - again a sample assignment
  8. Reconvene as a full group to discuss what you learned in your reading
  9. Be sure to share your insights with your group members and capture your learnings on your white walls
  10. Consider the following from the perspective of the company you just read about!
